Thank you for entering the 2025 Northwest Arkansas District Fair Creative Arts Division.

NEW FOR 2025

Entries will be accepted in all departments from any exhibitor regardless of county residency but must be an Arkansas resident. However, in accordance with Act 933 of 2025 an exhibitor may only exhibit in 1 district fair of their choosing.

There areLOTS AND LOTS of new items to enter. These items are indicated by being printed in bold type. Two new departments ENTOMOLOGY DEPARTMENT 28 and SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT 29

The rules in FOOD PREPARATION (baking) have been reworked for safety, sanitation and better explanation.

There are 2 new contests. In department 23 you will find a Pumpkin Decorating Contest and a Sunflower Contest.

IMPORTANT items are not required to have been exhibited at the county fair level. We accept all entries, not just blue ribbon or champion winners.

Exhibit Check in will be Sunday, September 14th,2024 from 1 5pm

Exhibit Check out will be Sunday, September22th from 1-4pm. Entries removed before 9/22/24 will forfeit premium money.

This site will close at 9am Sunday, September 15th to allow time for processing of all online entries. Entries may still be made in person from 1 5pm Sunday, September 15th.

Age Divisions will be as follows:

Adults 20+ years

Junior 11-19 years

Child 0-10 years

Special Needs and NursingHome any age

Professional (A professional is defined as someone who makes $5,000 or more per year at their craft)

Unfinished, dirty, or questionable entries will receive a 4th premium placing withavalue of 0 points/$0.00.

Photography entries must be mounted on WHITE cardstock or posterboard that is cut to exactly 5 x7 . No exceptions.

ENTRIES DO NOT HAVE TO BE MADE ONLINE AND CAN BE ENTERED IN-PERSON AT CHECK IN OF EACH FAIR
